All randomization and tool logic happens strictly "client-side". That means the calculations occur entirely inside your own web browser. Once you close the tab, your temporary session data is gone.
2. Optional Accounts & Cloud Syncing
We offer an optional account feature so users can save and sync their custom dashboard layouts across multiple devices. If you choose to create an account (via Email or Google Sign-In), we securely store the following:
- Your name, email address, and an optional profile photo.
- The coordinates, sizes, and visibility settings of your dashboard widgets.
This data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We do not sell this data, and you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

This service uses basic cookies to collect anonymous, aggregated traffic data (like how many people visited the site today and which tools are the most popular). This information contains no personally identifiable data and is solely used to help us improve the platform.

Because our platform functions perfectly without requiring user accounts, AlhazApp is exceptionally safe for classroom environments. Teachers can comfortably use our name pickers and group splitters completely offline or locally without worrying about compromising student privacy.

We enforce strict HTTPS encryption across the entire website. This ensures that your connection to AlhazApp is secure and protected from external monitoring while you browse the internet. All user authentication and database storage is handled by industry-standard Google Cloud security protocols.
